Seattle
City Life by the Sea
With growth in tech companies (Amazon, Microsoft, Expedia), biotech, and other big companies including Starbucks, Seattle continues to attract new residents at an impressive pace. Drawn by jobs, people fall in love with Seattle and its proximity to all kinds of outdoor activities. Bound by the Cascade Mountains to the east and Puget Sound to the west, there’s no shortage of things to do outside in Seattle. Seattle’s neighorhoods vary in price point and amenities. Contact us for more info on the neighborhoods you’re interested in. We’ve lived in many of those neighborhoods, including the University District, Queen Anne, Matthews Beach, and we’ve sold homes in many more.
For commuters, Bainbridge Island and Vashon Island are both just a short ferry ride away from downtown Seattle (Bainbridge Island) and Fauntleroy (Vashon Island). Lucky ferry riders may even catch a glimpse of orcas from the boat.
