What We Do
Need new tenants for your property but no time to find them? We can help! InPeak Properties determines the current market rent for your property, markets the property to maximize exposure, and thoroughly screens potential tenants.
Our process includes:
- Consultation and property visit to determine optimal rental rate
- Marketing
- Property showings
- Pre-screening potential tenants so only the most qualified apply
- Thorough credit and background checks
- Lease preparation and execution
- Collection of first/last month’s rent, security and pet deposits (if necessary), and cleaning fee (where applicable)
- Tenant check-in
- Fee: 90% of the first month’s rent.
Megan does an absolutely outstanding job. We’ve used Megan/InPeak to find renters for three properties and all three have been home runs.
